Kabaddi is a team sport originally from the Indian subcontinent. Two teams occupy opposite halves of a field and take turns sending a “raider” into the other half, in order to win points by tagging or wrestling members of the opposing team; the raider then tries to return to his own half, holding his breath during the whole raid.
In the team, or transnational, style of kabaddi, two teams of seven members each occupy opposite halves of a field of 12.5m × 10m (roughly half the size of a basketball court). Each has five supplementary players held in reserve. The game is in 20-minute halves, with a five-minute half-time break during which the teams switch sides.
Teams take turns sending a “raider” to the opposite team’s half, where the goal is to tag or wrestle (”confine”) members of the opposite team before returning to the home half. Tagged members are “out” and sent off the field.
Meanwhile, defenders must form a chain, for example, by linking hands; if the chain is broken, a member of the defending team is sent off. The goal of the defenders is to stop the raider returning to the home side before taking a breath. If the raider takes a breath before returning, the raider is sent off the field.
A player can also get out by going over a boundary line or part of the body touches the ground outside the boundary, except during a struggle with an opposing team member.
Each time a player is out the opposing team earns a point. A team scores a bonus of two points, if the entire opposing team is declared out. At the end of the game, the team with the most points wins.

Dark cloud already marched by hot afternoon on March 5, we started our journey to Bukit Cherakah, Shah Alam that located Air Kuning river dam fishing pond.
Necessarily get permission from ranger post first then we can bring our motorcycle to that pool. In the Air Kuning river dam fishing pond we imposed as much as payment of RM25 to fishing satisfactorily.
Applicable bait technique is fly fishing’s technique or pancing layang, and polish fly technique (lure casting). Fly fishing’s technique use bait imitates insect form.
Found various kinds freshwater fish such as jelawat, sebarau, carp, pacu, bulan and toman. For knowledge, anglers were not allowed to bring home their catch because management practiced catch and release concept this fishing pond.
We were back home disappointed when there is no catch for today. However, we still have fun patrolling the Bukit Cherakah’s area riding our motorcycle whereas others had to walk to their locations.

Stupid thing that they’ve done and it is insane if they can catch Marlin here.

Metro Plaza formerly known as Chi Liung Plaza, it was one of the common and favorite places for teenagers to hangout in the late 80’s and early 90’s. The mezzanine floor was bustling with arcade gaming and once even had a small funpark. It also used to house a bowling alley and a roller-skating rink.
It’s having at least 267 feet height the highest building in Klang town centre. The building had recently major facade uplift and renovation works are in progress for now it once again became a landmark of Klang where the Inland Revenue Board new office CIMB Bank has stationed.
Chi Liung Plaza was a busy place, upstairs the video game machine and snookers outlets and also a bowling centre (Star Bowl), then ground floor the Singapore UOB Bank. Everyday, lots of people there, even motorbikes also don’t have enough space to park.
There are a lot of stories around about it actually. It seems the owner of Plaza Metro is also the owner of the Taman Chi Liung Theatre (now known as Grace Assembly), J’s supermarket (closed down), Chi Liung stadium (Chi Liung Field). This same owner also owns a few lots of land.
The taukeh is said had hung himself in the house which is located just opposite the swimming school (along Port Klang highway). The house itself looks scary, with trees grown all over, barely could even see the house. Locals whom used to enter his house yard as a short cut to the highway said that after 7pm, they could see someone looking out from the house. Words spread out, and no one would use that short cut after dusk. It’s now closed down and no one is allowed to enter.
What we heard from the locals, all this is related to each other, and so are the haunted higher floors in Plaza Metro. Story of a murder case, a couple got murdered when they were to watch movie there, father and (son or daughter, not so remembered) jumped off from that building. The next day, all the Chinese papers made the main headlines (front page).
Opposite the building, were the Kamdar, Mutiara Hotel and EPF office situated. It was a huge playground and some food stalls in the middle of the park. Then some of the food stalls were relocated (to the one behind Maybank Jalan Kepayang now) when they destroyed the playground for development.
The traffic situation in Klang has worsened in recent weeks due to on-going construction work of a flyover to connect Jambatan Kota from the existing flyover above Persiaran Sultan Ibrahim.
The worse situation is traffic congestion during pick hour when motorists on their run getting to work. The congestion starts from Southern Park along Persiaran Tengku Ampuan Rahimah for vehicles heading from Banting and near the Simpang Lima roundabout for those coming from Port Klang.
State Public Works Department was gave SPAZ Sdn Bhd for the construction project that cost of RM32.3mil by started in August 2007 and will be completed in December 2009 The project has been delayed and will be completed on September 2010 with additional allocation RM11mil.
the traffic is being diverted and the reason of delayed because the high cost and safety reasons.
Me…above highest building in Klang town centre recording the traffic congestion.
